Here's how it works.  You install our Web Cert application on one of your servers.  It hooks into your existing Forms Boss DeskTop database. You assign users and passwords for the clients you want to allow access.  Make a few settings and then create a template Cert or Evidence form in Forms Boss DeskTop.  You determine which ACORD form fields your client can edit and which ones they can't!  The users can not edit your client info, only the certificate or evidence form.  You have complete control.

You give your client the web url address so they can login.  Once logged in they can pick which form they want and then the form opens up in a fillable pdf format.  The form is created using a template that you initialized. Note: The user can only edit the data fields that you choose.  When the user completes the form and clicks the Save button the data is stored in your Forms Boss database.    You'll receive an email message notifying you of the details.

What a time saver, this will really free up your data entry staff for other more profitable tasks.

The available forms are the ACORD 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28.

Your users can fax, print or email the forms and your forms are available to anyone that you choose at anytime 24/7/365.
