ACORD 50 IA, Iowa Financial Liability Coverage Card, is used as
proof of automobile insurance and was created in response to Iowa regulations. The main
differences between the generic ACORD Automobile Insurance Card, ACORD 50, and the
Iowa card are:
* Agency/Company address is listed on the front of the card.
* A statement is added to the front of the card stating coverage provided by this policy
meets the minimum liability requirements prescribed by law.
* Check boxes and fields on reverse side of form to provide emergency phone numbers
for agency or company
