Forms Boss Desktop - 8961 Error Guide
These are the steps to repair an 8961 "Header information corrupt in table" error .
Important Notes

Close the program on all systems.
Open the Forms Boss Repair.

Click Start.

Scroll to the Forms Boss Plus folder and click it

Click Forms Boss Repair
Check Rebuild Indexes and Compact.
Click the Repair Data button.
Wait for the repair to finish.
Close the repair when done.
